Our automation platform combines deep healthcare knowledge with LLM-based agents and robust ops infrastructure. country: IN all locations: [Bengaluru] commitment: Full Time department: location: Bengaluru team: HR Team The Role: As our HR Executive in India, you'll play a key role in managing and scaling our people operations. This is a hands-on role where you'll handle everything from recruitment and onboarding to HR systems, compliance, and employee experience — while also thinking about how to make things better. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end HR operations — onboarding, offboarding, attendance, leave management, employee records, and documentationHandle full-cycle recruitment — sourcing, scheduling, coordination with hiring managers, and offer rolloutOwn HRIS administration and drive system adoption across the teamCoordinate monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracyCoordinate with external finance/compliance vendors to ensure statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity) are completed accurately and on time — you own the tracking and follow-upSupport employee queries and day-to-day HR needsBuild and improve HR processes to support a growing teamCoordinate with external vendors — payroll providers, background verification, legal counselWork closely with the US-based leadership team during overlap hoursContribute to company-wide people initiatives including performance appraisal cycles, compensation reviews, policy design, and engagement programs What We're Looking For: 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or high-growth environmentExperience building or improving HR processes in a growing teamHands-on experience with HRIS tools (Keka experience is a plus)Good knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory complianceStrong communication skills — clear, concise, and solutions-orientedSelf-driven with the ability to prioritize and manage workload independently Nice to Have : Experience in healthcare or health-tech companiesFamiliarity with ATS tools like LeverExperience supporting teams across multiple functionsExposure to multi-entity or cross-border operations What We Offer: Opportunity to shape people operations at a fast-growing healthcare AI companyWork directly with senior leadershipAutonomy and ownership in your roleCompetitive compensation + ESOPs
