We help care teams reduce delays and administrative burden so that patients can start treatment faster. Our automation platform combines deep healthcare knowledge with LLM-based agents and robust operational infrastructure to solve critical bottlenecks in healthcare delivery. We're looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our People team and support our recruitment efforts. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, offer management, and HR operations in a fast-paced AI-healthcare startup. Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid - 3 days work from office) country: IN all locations: [Bengaluru] commitment: department: location: Bengaluru team: HR Team Key Responsibilities: .Offer Letter Generation: Prepare offer letters, compensation letters, and appointment letters using Excel templates and Google DocsRecruitment Support: Assist with job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview schedulingData Management: Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and compensation data in Excel/Google SheetsCandidate Communication: Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process, send offer letters, and track acceptancesDocumentation: Manage offer documentation, track candidate responses, maintain organized filing systemsReporting: Generate recruitment reports and maintain hiring dashboards in Excel Must-Have Requirements: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets - able to work with formulas, data entry, templates, and formattingExcellent command of Google Docs/Microsoft Word - for creating and formatting professional offer letters and HR documentsExcellent written and verbal communication skills - clear, professional, and error-free communicationHigh attention to detail and accuracy (critical for offer generation)Ability to handle confidential salary and candidate informationCurrently pursuing or recently completed degree in any field What You'll Gain: Exposure to AI and healthcare technology startup environmentHands-on experience in tech recruitment and HR operationsMentorship from experienced HR professionals
