Overview of the Role The Field Supervisor is an integral part of the DTH team and a key support for all agency operations. Ensuring all of our contractual obligations are executed is a priority. In this position you will assist the management team with overseeing compliance of our client’s needs, requests and goals. The agency manages a variety of projects for several clients in several markets; this position will work across all clients, projects and markets at any given time. This territory includes all Indian Empire area. Location: Riverside, CA This position is full-time, 40 hours a week, will observe a hybrid schedule in the field 3 days a week Compensation: $22 - $25 hourly You will be responsible for selling, merchandising, gaining/maintaining distribution within a variety of accounts. Utilize technology to complete work efficiently. You must be able to lift, bend/stoop for extended periods of time. This is a position where you work independently, follow direction, and have excellent communication skills.  What You’ll Do at C.A. Fortune - DirecToHispanic Develop a working knowledge of the products and services offered by DTH Support client programs, as assigned, to ensure excellent results Merchandising, events, in-store activations, etc. Assist with field supervision to ensure proper execution of programs including but not limited to Market audits, store checks, event set ups etc. Escalate field issues to the management team and follow up for timely resolution.  Serve as a mentor and a coach to all field staff to drive better performance and efficiency Continuously evaluate field operations for discrepancies, issues and opportunities for improvements Assist with creating and managing field execution calendars Assist with schedules Collect and provide the management team with adequate feedback of the field operations to assist in developing staff. performance/coaching assessments and improvement plans Assist with recruiting and field staff training Assist in management of master storage inventories Fulfillment of program and campaign materials and supplies Assistance with preparing reports and presentations, as requested Provide the management team recommendations that will lead to greater efficiencies and improved operations Attend client meetings and presentations as requested Other duties as requested by the management team What You Should Bring to the Table Must have retail experience; preferably Hispanic retail experience Knowledge of trade marketing principles and understanding of the grocery industry Prefer bilingual (Spanish and English) Associates degree and/or 2+ years verifiable experience Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint at an intermediate level or better  Excellent multi-tasking, organizational, communication and proof-reading skills Highly organized and detail oriented Team player who always stays in the solution Reliable transportation Ability to make decisions in the best interest of the agency and its’ clients Trust worthy, honest and highly developed people skills Occasional travel Valid Driver License Proof of Automobile insurance Reliable phone service and internet service for daily communication Required to drive to stores in assigned territory to complete retail task & audits at local grocery retailer Interpersonal; proactive, conflict management, creative thinking, open to coaching and feedback  Commitment and ability to communicate clearly; verbal and written Must be well organized and detail oriented Must be able to manage a wide variety of tasks at once Excellent people skills and the ability to work with a variety of different people Professional appearance and persona At times, work extended hours to ensure all deadlines are met Must be able to handle pressure well and work independently to see projects/tasks through to the end Understand business implications of decisions, understand profit/loss of a project, demonstrate knowledge of market and competition, align work with strategic goals Perks Paid drive time Communication stipend - $50/ month Car stipend provided - $400/ month Flexible monthly schedule PTO and sick days 10 paid company holidays per year  1 floating holiday 2 paid volunteer days Medical, dental, and vision  Paid company life insurance  401k with company match  Come As You Are C.A. is committed to making our company more inclusive.
