Primary Responsibilities:
Manage IE fundraising and donor maintenance and correspondence;
Create memos and other briefing materials for donor meetings and provide other updates to the IE Director, partners, and consulting teams;
Coordinate scheduling and prompt communication between IE Director, donors, and other partner organizations;
Lead targeting and research to identify prospective new donors and re-engage lapsed donors across multiple states;
Facilitate timely, accurate, and legally compliant communication and information sharing across departments, including financial tracking and internal reporting.
Assist with the tracking and reconciliation of budgets for IE states;
Support the objectives of the IE team and other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
At least one cycle (1-3 years) of campaign fundraising experience. This is not an entry level position;
Familiarity with campaign independent expenditure structures is a bonus, but not required;
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Operate well under pressure;
Extremely organized both for yourself and others;
Strong attention to detail;
Ability to work efficiently, autonomously, and be responsive;
Work well in a team environment;
Work long and irregular hours during peak campaign season
