About the Role
We’re looking for a commercially sharp, data-led Head of Partner Growth to lead the partner-led growth engine across Buyagift, Red Letter Days, and third-party channels.
This is a high-impact leadership role focused on delivering YoY growth, improving intake margin, and building a stronger, more giftable range across our partner portfolio. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team spanning Category Management, Account Management, and Partner Acquisition, and build a more structured, commercially rigorous operating model for partner performance.
You’ll evolve an already strong, relationship-led team into a clearer growth engine with stronger segmentation, forecasting, performance management, and partner planning. You will translate commercial targets into practical partner actions, improve accountability across the portfolio, and ensure activity turns into measurable financial outcomes.
This role is not just about managing relationships or negotiating deals. It is about building a disciplined partner growth engine that drives revenue, margin and long-term partner performance through Peak and beyond.
